Prizes
How do I win?
- The more you enter in any one prize, the more your chances of winning. So don't
be shy, enter as many competitions as you can. Your prize is just a click away!
How does JustPlay choose the
winner?
- Winners are selected randomly. Yep, that's true. Our computer program unsystematically
chooses a winner from all the entries received for each prize draw. Prizes are drawn
at 00h00 on the specified draw date.
How do I claim my prize?
- Once you're selected as a winner we will send you a notification e-mail. It's up
to you to make sure your e-mail address is up-to-date.
- Check out our Winners' List section to see if your name is there.
- If you are a winner, you have to contact JustPlay at info@justplay.co.za to claim your prize. Don't forget to claim your prize within
50 days, otherwise it will be forfeited and we will have to choose a new winner.
Is JustPlay a real company,
do they really give out prizes?
- Yes, JustPlay is a legit company. We're the biggest competition website in SA! For
every prize on the site, a winner is drawn on the specified draw date. Even if there's
only one entry!

How often does JustPlay give
out prizes?
- We've got lots of prizes to give away, so a winner is picked every week. Imagine
that! You could also be a winner.
Can I win more than once?
- Yes, you can win more than once. Got a lucky streak? We wouldn't wanna stand in
the way. So keep playing!
How to Play
How do I enter competitions?
- Just play and win. It's that simple. Log into your account, click on the prize you
want to win and then complete a very short questionnaire. Your name will be placed
in the draw automatically. And guess what? Website entries are free!
- You can also enter competitions via SMS. SMS the code of the prize you want to win
to 35173. Each prize has its own unique code. SMS entries cost R1.50.
- Here at JustPlay we like to be fair, so we don't accept entries from anyone employed
by JustPlay, our promotions agencies and their immediate family members.
Can I enter through Facebook?
- Of course! We have a Facebook application that is an exact replica of the website.
And it works the same way! Go to www.facebook.com/justplayapp "Like" our Facebook page and start playing.
How many times can I enter
each competition?
- You can enter each prize as many times as you like. Unless the prize you’re entering
says you can only enter once. You can also enter as many different prizes as you
want. We've got a variety of prizes ranging from electronics and cars to lifestyle
and holiday getaways! Awesome, right?
How do I enter, when I don’t
have any more questionnaires?
- If you find that you don't have enough questionnaires to fill in. Don’t sweat it!
We upload new questionnaires often. Come back in a few days and we'll have new questionnaires
for you.
- If you can’t wait, enter via SMS or use your bonus entries.
What are promotional/bonus codes?
- They are free entries into competitions. We occasionally give away promotional codes
on Facebook, Twitter and through our newsletters so that you can play more.
How do bonus entries work?
Here's how you can get bonus entries for all prizes on JustPlay.
- Option 1 - Bonus entries from friends
You can link up with friends on JustPlay to send them messages. Find them on Just Play or invite them to join.
You'll get a bonus entry for each person who accepts your friendship request or signs up on JustPlay as a result
of your invitation. Go to My Messages and Friends to get started.
- Option 2 - Bonus entries via SMS
Entering for prize draws on the JustPlay website is free and you can enter as many times as you like as long as you have
questionnaires available. But if you want to get even more entries you can get bonus entries via SMS. SMS the code on the
prize you want a bonus entry for to 35173.
- Option 3 - Bonus entries from people joining with your personalised link
As a member you get a personalised link you can use on your website or email to a friend and if they click on this link,
sign up and activate their account, you will receive a bonus entry to allocate to any prize you like. Go to
Bonus entries to find out more.
How to claim my promotional/bonus code?
Here's how you can get bonus entries for all prizes on JustPlay.
- Click onto my justplay
- Click on the bonus entries link under the my activity
- Type your promo (bonus) code into the claim promo code text box on the right of your screen
How do I get bonus entries?
- Invite your friends to join JustPlay and get bonus entries! We really want you to
win, so if you refer a friend and they sign up on JustPlay we'll give you a free
bonus entry.
- Did you know that you can invite other JustPlay users to be your friends and if
they accept your friendship request, you'll get a bonus entry? Yes, it's that easy.
- Not sure how to request a friend? Log into your account, go to My JustPlay and click
on My Messages and Friends to make new friends!
- Remember, you can also get bonus entries when you enter via SMS.
Where are my bonus codes for
my birthday?
- Unfortunately we don't give away bonus entries for birthdays anymore. Sorry. BUT,
if it is your birthday, email us or comment on Facebook and maybe we will give you
a little birthday present.
Where are my bonus codes for
referring someone?
- If you can prove a friend signed because you told them to, take a screenshot of
the registration being successful and send it to info@justplay.co.za along with your name.
