Is Justplay for real?


  • Yes, we’re 100% legit. Every single winner is posted on our winners’ page and you can view them here. More than 850 players have won on Justplay since 2009.
    We also take videos when we hand over bigger prizes and post them on our YouTube channel and Facebook page

Where do you get your prizes from?


  • Cash is king. We transfer cash prizes directly into your bank account. Physical prizes are bought by our team and sometimes sponsored by one of our clients. These will be delivered on your doorstep.

How do I play?


  • Once you’ve signed up, find a prize you like and click on the “ENTER NOW” button for that prize. A question will pop up, answer honestly by selecting one of the options in the drop-down answer box. As soon as you have clicked on the answer most suited to you the next question will come up. There can be anything between 1 and 5 quick questions and at the end there will be another 'ENTER NOW' button to click on. As soon as you click on it your entry gets counted towards the final draw for that prize.
    Remember, you get an entry into the prize no matter what your choice is, so please be honest, your feedback counts. If you’re not interested, just say no thanks.

How do you choose a winner?


  • Our winners are selected randomly by a computer-generated system by email address. This means we have no influence on who wins and cannot discriminate against anyone because there is no way of telling gender, age, location, or race by an email address.
    Once a winner is selected, they are notified on the email address that is stored on your profile and have 14 days to claim their prize, before a new winner is selected automatically by the system.

How do I win?


  • There is no winning formula, but the more entries you have, the better your chances of winning.
    We have had winners that have been playing for years with hundreds of entries (like the Nissan Qashqai winner in January). He joined in the beginning of 2013 and eventually got his lucky break four years later, but others have played once or twice and won! It’s really based on luck.

Do I have to say yes to what you’re offering to win?


  • No!
    Every entry counts, even if you never opt in on any of the questions we ask. We actually prefer if you say you’re not interested, when you’re not interested.

How often do you choose winners?


  • Every time a prize is drawn, a new winner is selected randomly by our computer system. This is generally twice a week but could be more often. You can find prize draw dates on each prizes’ page and on the prize list.
    If a winner doesn’t claim a prize within 30 days, a new winner is drawn.

Can I win more than once?


  • You most certainly can.
    We give away prizes so often that it wouldn’t be fair for you to be excluded from any prize that you have existing entries into, say a R30,000 cash prize, if you win another prize that you’ve entered at a later stage.

How will I know when I’ve won?


  • If you win you will receive an automatic email from our computer system a few minutes after midnight on the day that the prize is drawn, notifying you that you have won, and what you have won.
    There will also be a pop up on the winner’s screen when you log into Justplay and the winner’s name gets posted on the winners’ page.
    If we haven’t had a response from the winner, follow up mailers get sent to them and we then try phone to see why they haven’t claimed.
    It seldom happens that a winner doesn’t claim, but if it does, the computer system automatically redraws a random winner after two weeks.

Can I enter through Facebook or email?


  • No, you have to enter on the Justplay website by answering a questionnaire or you can send an SMS with a unique code.

How many times can I enter for one prize?


  • As many times as you like!

What do I do if I run out of questionnaires?


  • It happens from time to time where players go through all the questionnaires we have on the site at that given time. We then offer alternative ways for you to play via SMS or bonus codes which we post on Facebook, Instagram, and on our mailers.
    You are in no ways forced to play via SMS or by bonus codes, they are offered purely as alternatives. We try load new questionnaires all the time so if you prefer to play via questionnaires then keep checking in to see if more have been loaded.

Where do I find bonus codes?


  • We give away loads of bonus codes on different platforms. Some days we post on Facebook, some days on Instagram and some days on mailers. The best way to find them, is to make sure you like our Facebook page, follow us on Instagram and are signed up for our newsletters.

How do I use a bonus code?


  • Once you are logged into your profile, on the left hand side towards the middle of the page you'll see ‘REDEEM BONUS POINTS’. Click on the ‘ENTER BONUS CODE’ button which takes you to the bonus entry page. Type your bonus code in and hit ‘REDEEM’. You can then use your bonus entries available to allocate to any prize you’d like.
    Bonus entries are as valid as regular entries and all of them count.
    Not all bonus codes give you the same number of bonus points.

I’ve lost my password. What now?


  • Don’t panic! Click on the 'forgot password' button on the login page, then keep an eye out for an email that the system will send with a new password. You can log in with this password and then change your password on the My profile page to something you can remember.
    You can also sign up with your Facebook details, by clicking on the Facebook button on our sign-in pages. That way you don’t have to remember ANOTHER password.

How do I change my details?


  • Once you have logged in you can go to 'My profile, situated at the top right of the screen, just under your name.
    Click on 'Account Information' highlighted in bold in the first column under personal settings.
    Select the info you want to change and change it.
    Remember to click save once you’re done!

How can I contact Justplay?



Does Justplay sell my information to other companies?


  • No. We would never sell your information. We only give your information to a third party if you give us consent when you answer a questionnaire.
    Remember, even if you don't want to be contacted by a third party you'll still be entered into the draw

Do I have to pay for Justplay?


  • No! Entries via answering questionnaires and by using bonus points are absolutely free. SMS entries cost R1,50 per entry. It is your choice how you choose to enter.

Do I have to live in SA to play?


  • Yes. We are a proudly South African based company and only available to individuals with a South African ID living in South Africa.

How old do I have to be to play?


  • You have to be older than 18 to play and win.

Can I have more than one profile/account?


  • No. Each member is limited to one account on Justplay. If you have successfully created more than one account you will not be eligible to win a prize.

How can I use Justplay to promote my business?


  • We form partnership with various business by performing research or getting in touch with possible clients. Our massive player base means we can send many potential clients or customers to a business’ website, build an opted-in database or conduct research on your behalf to market your product better.
