find the answer to your question here, or like to make a suggestion or even a complaint

Contact Form. We try our best to get back to you straight away,
but promise to respond within 24 hours.
Prizes
Do people really win?
- Yes. Every prize is 100% guaranteed and will be drawn on the stated draw date as
long as there is at least one entry.
- Prize winners are posted on the Winners' List and you can follow the delivery of
prizes to winners on our Facebook page or on Twitter.
How are the prizes drawn?
- The winner for each prize draw is selected by computer program at random from all
entries received for that prize draw at 00h00 on the stated prize draw date.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
- Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash equivalent will be offered
- you'll be able to check this in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.
How will I know I've won?
- Winners are notified by email only. You are responsible for keeping your email address
up to date on the JustPlay system to enable prompt notification should you be chosen
as the winner of any prize draw.
- Winners' names are immediately posted on the JustPlay website on the Winners' List.
You'll be able to track prize claim progress on this page on the site.
- Prizes must be claimed within 50 days otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize
and a new winner will be chosen from the original entries for that prize draw. The
new winner will be posted on the website.
- The winner is responsible for contacting JustPlay to claim their prize.
How will I receive my prize if I win?
- Prizes will be delivered within 6 weeks of winner verification and subject to the
availability of the winner to personally receive the prize.
- Prizes will be delivered to the address advised by the winner.
- Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative.
How to Play
How do I enter?
- You can enter prize draws on JustPlay if you register as a member and activate
your account.
- You enter prize draws by logging in to your account and clicking on the prize draw
of your choice and then completing a questionnaire.
- You receive an entry for every completed questionnaire.
- You may enter prize draws as long as there are questionnaires available for your
profile.
- You may enter any prize draw mulitple times unless otherwise stipulated.
- Participating in the prize draws is free unless you choose to enter via SMS.
- You may receive bonus entries when you participate in the bonus scheme outlined
on the website. You are responsible for allocating bonus entries to prize draws.
- Prize draws may be promoted on several different websites simultaneously.
- You are not permitted to participate in the prize draws if your are employed by
Digital Activators or our promotions agencies [or are in the immediate family of
employees or agencies].
Why do I have to complete a questionnaire?
- You complete a questionnaire in order to enter a prize draw.
- Each questionnaire on JustPlay is sponsored by a client either conducting a promotion
or market research. By giving a positive response on the sponsor's questionnaire
you give permission for that sponsor/client to contact you or send you an offer:
information about products and/or services that may be of interest to you.
- You can consent to allowing the sponsor to contact you or you can withhold permission
to contact in the questionnaire. It's 100% up to you whether you are interested
in what the sponsor has to offer or not. If you are not interested, you still get
an entry in to the prize draw.
- JustPlay earns its income from introducing sponsors to prospects for their products
and services - this is how we are able to offer so many amazing prizes on the site.
Why do I run out of questionnaires?
- We have lots of questionnaires on JustPlay. We add new questionnaires all the
time every week. But if you play a lot you may just use up all the questionnaires
we have available at any one time.
How do I know how many questionnaires
I have available?
- Log in and check the top of each page - you'll see an outlined box with a real time
tally of available questionnaires for you.
What do I do when I run out of questionnaires?
- If you have opted out of any questionnaire categories you can go back and review
these and see if you'd like to opt back in - you'll find these categories in your
profile link once you have logged in.
- You can also accumulate bonus entries to allocated to prizes if you run out of questionnaires.
- You can be a little patient and wait for new questionnaires to be added - you won't
usually wait more than a few days.
How many times can I enter?
- You can enter each prize draw as many times as you like - unless otherwise stipulated.
- Likewise, you can enter as many different prize draws as you like.
- The only limitation is that we have enough questionnaires for you to complete in
exchange for your entry into the prize draw.
- If you run out of questionnaires for your profile, you can always get bonus entries
for prize draws.
How can I increase my chances of winning?
- Winners are selected by randomly by computer program.
- The more entries you have in any one prize draw the more chances you have of winning.
- There is no limit to the amount of times you enter into any prize draw - as long
as you have questionnaires available for your profile and unless it is specifically
stipulated that you can only enter once into a certain prize draw.
How do I get bonus entries?
- There are two ways of getting bonus entries on JustPlay - by inviting friends to
join or via SMS.
- Bonus entries from friends: You can link up with friends on JustPlay to send them
messages. Find them on JustPlay or invite them to join. You'll get a bonus entry
for each person who accepts your friendship request or signs up on JustPlay as
a result of your invitation. Once you have logged in, click on My Messages and Friends
to get started.
- Bonus entries via SMS: Entering for prize draws on the JustPlay website is free
and you can enter as many times as you like as long as there are questionnaires
available for you. But if you want get even more entries you can get bonus entries
via SMS. Members: login and SMS the code on the prize you want. SMS charged at R3.
- You can use your bonus entries to increase your chances of winning any prize you
like. Please login to allocate your bonus entries.
What does "you have X entries" mean
on top of each prize?
- You'll only see this when you are logged in.
- This is the number of entries YOU have in that particular prize draw - and NOT THE
TOTAL amount of entries.
- This allows you to see which prize draws you've entered - and which one's you haven't
- and of course, exactly how many entries you have in each one.
Membership
Who can join JustPlay?
- JustPlay is open to individuals who have a South African identity number, who are
18 years or older and are currently living in South Africa.
Why do you need my ID?
- We use this information to tailor your online experience and to manage the prize
draws.
- If you win, we'll ask you to show us your SA identity to ensure we're delivering
the prize tothe right person.
What happens if I live in South Africa
but I don't have an SA identity number?
- So sorry - you won't be able to join.
How do I join?
- To become a member, you need to successfully register on JustPlay and then activate
your account by clicking on the link in an email that will automatically be sent
to the email address you provided in the registration form.
What does it mean to activate my account?
- We operate on a confirmed opt-in policy. This means that when you register to join
you provide us with an email address which we ask you to verify via an activation
email we sent to you within a few moments of you registering. So you get two chances
to confirm that you want to join - hence, confirmed opt-in.
- An activation email is sent to all new members containing a link which you need
to click on to activate your accounts. In this way if someone uses your email without
your permission, you will know about it.
- Only once you have activated your account, will you be able to log in and enter
prize draws.
I didn't get my activation email -
now what?
Your activation email has been blocked somewhere between leaving JustPlay and arriving
in your inbox. Please don't try and re-register - that will not help. Contact Us
and we'll help you right away.
Here are a few reasons why you might not have received your activation email:
- Your email service has blocked it because it thinks it might be spam. Spam filters
are intended to prevent unsolicited email messages but they are not perfect. You'll
need to whitelist the following JustPlay email address to ensure that you receive
the activation email: support@justplay.co.za. To whitelist this address simply add
it to your address book.
- If you are using your company email address, your company may have blocked the JustPlay
domain on their server. There is nothing we can do about that. In this case,
you'll need to Contact Us and provide us with your private email address. If you
don't have one, its easy to get one for free. Try Google's free mail service - GMail
(http://mail.google.com) or
Yahoo mail (http://mail.yahoo.com)
I forgot my password - how do I get
a new one?
- You chose your password when you registered. We send you a confirmation email on
registration containing your username and password. If you keep this email you can
always check on your password.
- If you don't still have your confirmation email, all you need to do is click on
forgotten password and follow the instructions and we'll send you a temporary new
one.
- When you get the new one, type it in VERY CAREFULLY and make sure that "caps lock"
is off. If you copy the password - make sure you are not copying any BLANK SPACES
as it won't work if you do.
- You can change your password at any time to something that is easy to remember.
Log in and click on "My JustPlay".
How do I close my account?
- Should you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time by logging in and
clicking on "My JustPlay" to manage your account settings.
- You'll no longer receive any further communications from JustPlay when you close
your account.
- You'll only receive communications from sponsors to whom you have given your permission
to contact you. You'll need to unsubscribe from sponsor communications programs
directly with each sponsor.
- If you have any prize entries for prize draws after the closure of your account
these will be excluded from future prize draws.
- You may re-open your account at any time using the same login. If you do so, your
entries will be re-instated from the date your account is re-opened.
